Fading winds on 2/10

Sundays in 2013 seem to be feast or famine: either we get too much wind to stay upright, or too little to move. Today was closer to the latter, but 4 skippers managed to make their way around the course in dying winds for 4 races. Catherine came away with the day's honors for the second time this season.

Foiled again on 1/27/13

The race committee canceled racing again on the last Sunday of January due to wind gusts of 25 knots combined with wind chill in the teens.

Gusty winds cancel racing on 1/20/2013

Despite mild temperatures and clear skies, racing was canceled by the race committee on January 20 because of wind gusts to 28 knots accompanied by 60° wind shifts. We hope to see everyone next week!
