Calling Opti Racers! Are you interested in participating in a regatta with other local sailing program students to test your sailing skills? If you are currently in or have completed the ESS Opti Intermediate class, you are ready!

Come join us on Sunday, July 18, 2021 for the 9th annual Edgewood Optimist Invitational hosted by EYC and ESS. This smaller regatta is for local Opti sailors who are newer to racing and wish to practice starts and courses. Sailors and boats and families arrive at 11:00AM for 12PM race.

All families and non-racing sailors are invited to come cheer-on the racers from the T-dock and learn more about regattas. EYC is one of the only locations where parents can watch their kids sail without having to get out on the water!
