This Week

TEMPS UP - are you heading for the sail boats?

Here we go!   Today.  No more, "I would like to find time..."  –

Just say  "AM going Sailing now."

Right now, the focus is Level 1 becoming ALUMS.  Ten more adult sailors have successfully completed Level 1 single-hand, and Level 2 double-handed sailing classes.   August classes start again in two weeks.
With the Instructors and Tutors on vacation this week, the Alums are enjoying Recreational Sailing (both Tuesday! & Friday), grill night at the Club, and a light touch of Racing

Bay Sail report: Last Sunday, after waiting for Saturday's weather (hot, no wind), the crew easily made Barrington Beach with a long reach on a steady Easterly.  And home by 6pm!    Next  picnic "BAY SAIL" is August 5.        Boats are available. Let Jonathan know you're signing up as a group, and we'll take a few bucks off for each person.

Plan ahead: EVERY WEEK:

*  friday – "REC" SAILING– with EYC Friday burgers & grill supper/drinks available at Tent (sign up before sailing).

*  wednesday - RHODES RACING - crews/skippers selected on dock
