Frostbiting starts Columbus day — practice on Oct. 1

The Frozen Few Fall 2017-2018 Season is set to begin with the annual Columbus Day Regatta on Monday, October 9, at 11 am. If you are planning to sail in the fleet this fall, please go to the website for the Edgewood Sailing School to review the NOR and SI and to sign up yourself and, if you are storing a boat at EYC, your boat.

In addition, on Sunday, October 1 at 11 am, a few Sunfish sailors will be gathering for an informal gear check and practice sail (weather permitting). This would also be a good time for any potential new Frozen Few sailors to come by, meet others in the fleet, and get a taste of what sailing in the fleet is like. If there are potential sailors who would like to check things out that day but do not yet have a boat, please email George Shuster at gwsjr75@gmail.com and he can try to help arrange for a borrowed boat for October 1.
