SOIRÉE FOR RAISING THE SAILING SCHOOL - May 6 @ 6pm

The weather's changing.  It's time to start thinking about May, and Sailing.
In a note to the ESS Community, Chris Lee, this year's President, looking at the budget, explains why the we're having a fund-raiser –  [RSVP]

Greetings to the ESS community,
Are you in?    We hope by now you have had time to RSVP to our May 6th fundraiser held at George and Stephanie Shuster's house in Warwick.
The "
Soirée" as it's called, is held every other year. It's the marquee fundraising event for our program.  Without dollars raised at events like these, the Sailing School would fail, and would not thrive in the way that it currently does.  Approximately one quarter of our operating costs are paid for through contributed dollars. As such, this event is important to the health of the Sailing School.

On top of all that, the Soirée evening is a great occasion, and a lot of fun. There are interesting items to bid on at our silent auction and the location overlooking Conimicut Point and the upper Narragansett Bay, is beautiful.  We look forward to seeing you!

Take a look at your calendar, before something else gets in.  Additional gifts for the "silent auction" are still certainly welcome.

PLEASE  RSVP  to Stephanie, bythebay@edgewoodsailing.org or (401)-996-6590.  $75 per person, $100 per couple. Payments at the door may be by check or credit card; also by check to ESS, at PO Box 25641, Cranston, RI 02905.

May 6th  Saturday, 6-8pm
15 river vue avenue
warwick.
Cocktails, food and beverages to help raise funds for the School.
