11th Annual Edgewood Optimist Invitational Regatta – SUNDAY, JULY 23, 2023, 10-3PM
Once again, Edgewood Yacht Club & Edgewood Sailing School are hosting their annual Edgewood Opti Invitational. The event is scheduled for Sunday, July 23 this year. As usual, this regatta focuses on Green Fleet sailors and other sailors who have less big regatta experience or could use smaller regatta experience to gain confidence in bigger fleets. The races are started right off the northeast corner of the EYC marina at noon and proceed in “stadium sailing” format – there is no better venue for families and friends to watch kids race. This is our 11th annual event and we’d love to see returning and new faces at Edgewood on July 23.
