Sailing lessons start Tuesday night!

Welcome to the Edgewood Sailing School! We look forward to meeting you and introducing you to the world of sailing! Here's what you need to know for your first lesson:

• Class meets Tuesdays and Thursdays 5:30 – 8:30 pm for 3 weeks starting June 29, plus a special sail on Friday, July 16.
• Bring your CDC vaccination card to the first class.
• If you're driving, please park your car on the hill, or your bike in the rack.
• Dress for sailing. Wear non-marking, close-toed shoes with good traction.
• Bring a bottle of water. We're expecting high temperatures on Tuesday.
• You may bring your own non-inflatable life jacket, or borrow one of ours.
• Although it's fine to sail bare-handed, some people like to wear sailing gloves, especially in strong winds. Work, bike, golf, or gardening gloves also work.
